why do you guys not help random women and old people when the opportunity arises?like growing up i always saw my dad help everyone like if an old guy was struggling to carry stuff he would help them and like if a random woman was on the side of the road with her car he would help her fix it and just insane amounts of stuff like this, he also donates like 5k usd every year to charities and volunteers for stuff whenever he cani try to be more like him as much as i can like recently i saw a lady struggling to carry a suitcase so i offered her help and carried it for a bit and its not like you get nothing out of it, like helping someone especially when it takes only 5 mins makes you happy
I give money and try to help whenever I go out which isn't much. No volunteering though, that's just not a thing here
