Do not listen to blackpillers.Exercising consistently and eating healthy food has done wonders for my mental health. I was KHV with 0 friends all throughout high school and the smartest decision I ever made was forcing myself to get outside, exercise and socialize even if I was terrible at it. Now as I am nearing 30 I am in the best shape of my life. My body positivity is at an all time high. I have a much better relationship with my family and am fortunate enough to have wonderful people I have the privledge to call friends. Do not give up. Do not take the easy route out by giving into despair. Force yourself to exercise today. I do not care how little. Eat a salad. Drink water. Tell your family you love them. Walk every day and swim a few times a week anything beyond that isn't healthy
