do you ever truly forget all the past people you had feelings for?
>>
To a large extent, yes. Time heals. But I never got too close to begin with.
>>

I did. My oneitis could splatter in front of me from a 50 story jump and I wouldn't feel anything.

Yeah. I get ghosted a lot even though I'm allegedly known as a ghoster. So many people have me on strict no contact ever again. One of them is a man I knew in person from soc. I forgot about him since he's Irrelevant. He wanted me out of his life anyway and made it obvious by ghosting me

I didn't for a long time but the smoking weed one night gave me the insight to realise that who I thought was "the one" was actually just a fling that lasted for 2 years instead of what should've been a month or so.
>>
In my experience you get to learn how to live with the feeling and sometimes you might even feel like you forgot about it. But it's always there and it comes back from time to time.

how long did it take to forget him? her? they/them?
>>
Some of them yes, some of them no. But I never got too envolved with women, so there's that.

Her. Around 10-12 years.

no but people can lock them away in the no-no box, then the no-no box gets opened and you become tony saprano

that sounds like torture

it'll pass, you won't feel much about anything when you're older
>>
it depends on the level of emotional involvement, if feelings were reciprocal, how long the emotions lasted, and if there was genuine love. fleeting feelings for a passing encounter are more likely to be lost to time than a long term relationship

this but even the lost memories can be triggered out of the blue sometimes. so for me as a moid it never goes away but i cared for them as human beings on this gay earth with me even if for a short time.
>>
Never had feelings for a single person

its sort of like a wound that turns into a scar that you eventually forget you have but you still see it sometimes and remember what happened
