Or any of them on their own. The only time I ate raw meat was as part of my main meals. Back then I was eating 2-3 pounds of raw pork every day split between 2 meals

Today's meal was like most others I've had in recent times: really good. I will most likely eat raw goat liver tomorrow. I also found out that Walmart did in fact stop selling swordfish, which is a major blackpill. I hope they bring it back some day soon
