>used to sleep from 4 AM - noon
>felt like complete shit upon waking up because half of my day was already over & my body felt achy
>got sick like 3 weeks ago from a stomach virus and it fucked up my internal clock
>now go to bed at 9:30 PM and wake up at 5 AM every day without problems
>feel more energetic and happy
i'm not saying it's for everyone and you've probably been told this before, but you should consider it. besides, if you live in north america (like me) this website is basically a graveyard from midnight eastern time - 8 AM. don't let FOMO take over

agreed, anon. I haven't been sleeping well at all for the past 2 months. I will try sleeping tonight tho, I didn't sleep at all just to try. I still have an hour left till night time so I can sleep and wake up at a reasonable time, not like at 4 am or something

it sucks to wake up too early tho, ideal time to wake up is like 7am

I wake up between 0430-0600 for many months now. I like it. I get my daily vidya tasks out of the way early, then I make sure the noisy fucker downstairs is either out for the day, or not left alone, so I know if it will be a quiet day. Then I rot on the laptop for the rest of the day, until an early night. It's especially comfy in winters with the darkness. The closest I can get to a quasi-night owl situation; which I could fully adopt, but it would be too inconvenient.
