Being in shape is fucking amazing down here in the American South. My coworkers hate me and talk around me, trying to ignore me, talk shit about me being 'too quiet,' but not a single one of these twatwaffles try to step to me or even complain to Corporate. Fucking great.

Uhm, ACKTUALLY, it's "Mother 2." Though, yes, I am aware of this, and have also played "Mother" for the Famicom.
>>
>>84315271
Yea everyone's fat here
Also play mother 1 and mother 3 if you haven't already op. The whole series is amazing

I just assume anything south of Illinois is a giant festering trailer park that would be better off nuked

Well, you wouldn't be entirely incorrect.

I was, and just 2 years before the SNES was released (in the U.S.). I was an infant.
>>
not sure what this has to do with being in shape. are you eating they're jealous of you OP?

expected you to say you have the pick of the litter of the fatties or something, lol

I'm not in shape but I'm skinny. I already want to die during the summer here. Idk how fatties do it.

If you somehow haven't been spoiled on it already you should go in completely blind. Then again everyone's been spoiled for this nowadays
>>
>>84315288
Because I am VERY skinny, especially in comparison to the coworkers who are mostly lardasses. It wasn't until I started working here, at this warehouse, did I start getting skinny-shamed.

>>84315293
Well, I'm not like other Millennials.

You'd think with it being the South and hot all the time (10 months out of the year), it'd be EASIER to lose weight and keep it off. Really, just walk outside to the mailbox and back, and you'll break a sweat.

>>84315298
I know how it ends, but I still want to experience it. Kind of like Undertale.

Yeah southerns will always be jelly of anyone they think will get more sexual attention than them. I've lived here too long and it's been like this since I was a kid.

It actually snowed here in south georgia twice in the past 6 years or so. Was pretty unreal. I even made a snowman.

everything about this thread makes me not believe you're a millennial
>>
>>84315342
Final Fantasy is the better RPG, and Ted Woolsey did a great job with the localisation.

i'd get it if EarthBound remained a cult gem like Live-A-Live but people talk like it's BETTER than 'real' JRPGs. wut.

go play Adventures of Hourai High. another perfectly average game.
>>
>>84315342
FUCKING BULLSHIT!! Clearly you've not truly played and enjoyed the game as it was meant to. The Mother series is a groundbreaking, genre-defining JRPG series.

>>84315344
Yes...I'm also in Georgia. January was intense. This last Winter was more intense, really; it's usually never like this, but it was far more sporadic this time. Glad it's over...for now.

>>84315347
uh...Power Rangers, Legend of the Hidden Temple, AOL, Star Wars Episode 1, Sega Saturn, atomic color electronics, Y2K, etc etc.

I'm not. Winter is my favorite since wasps and snakes sorta fuck off and grass doesn't grow 16 inches an hour. Makes fucking around innawoods a lot more chill. Plus my favorite clothes are all winter clothing to cover my auschwitz physique.

oh, that pic reminds me: I have to journal a dream I had last night. It was kind of like Resident Evil, and a couple of high school friends were there. I even SMELLED the corpses/zombies in the dream.

yeah that's why they don't. everyone stays inside because it's 105 degrees with no or limited shade so they want to be where the ac is and not burn to a crisp.
>>84315342
you take that back you sick fuck.
>>
>>84315344
we got snowed in for two weeks when whenever the fuck happened back in january happened. i gained a solid 10 pounds somehow, likely from being unable to leave the building or even exercise inside since everyone was trapped together and apparently everyone everywhere survived solely off canned and frozen food.

you know what was funny? trudging through the snow to the store (because you couldn't fucking drive) and seeing every single shelf and freezer empty.

except for the vegan and vegetarian alternatives. even the pizzas were all the dairy free veggie only ones with gluten free crusts. southerners HATE this one weird trick: eating vegetables not deep fried in lard and bacon grease.

>105 degrees
absolute weak sauce. Over in Phoenix, they regularly hit 110 degrees and beyond, but they still get out there and do what they gotta. Plus, we have humidity, so...it's not like a 'dry heat,' necessarily. Just stay hydrated; sweat that fat off.
>>
>>84315308
>I know how it ends, but I still want to experience it. Kind of like Undertale.
It's so messed up how smash bros spoils a ton of shit lol
>>
>>84315503
dry heat is different from humidity. do you have 98% humidity when it's 105 degrees with full sun for 6 hours? i do hear that the roads and signs melt in phoenix though. based. i wish the sun god hated us that much instead of just every other god.

Earthbound is just an alright game. Never played the other games in the series.

Chrono Trigger, Golden Sun, Legend of Mana and a bunch of other rpgs are so much better.
>>
>>84315308
undertale was underwhelming honestly. with all the -bound ripoffs that came out from that same era around when homestuck got big undertale was pretty derivative. toby fox also literally just reused his existing homestuck tracks in it. i still think off was better.

Come to think of it, I might not like that very much. My car is still relatively 'new' and I don't think now would be a good time to have to buy new tires...

Undertale is the quintessential "quirky, Earthbound-inspired, indie rpg." I'm loving it, and regretting having waited a decade to start.

lol Yeah, my dad recently had a heart attack since he eats like this. He's pretty much allergic to vegetables. Of course he didn't learn anything from it so still eats like this. He'll probably be dead within 10 years at most.

my dad diet of da beetus from eating like this, but he also kept eating containers of clearly expired and molded food "to clean out his system" and would eat an entire tub of ice cream at once to "prove [he] doesn't have diabetes". because clearly if he didn't go into a diabetic coma he wasn't diabetic. he lost two legs by the end btw.

>>84315652
crippling childhood poverty, extreme childhood abuse resulting in severe sadistic traits and malignant narcissistic personality disorder, and untreated bipolar disorder that kept getting worse with every single seizure he had because he was also not taking any sort of medicine for anything. gubmint just gunna kill ya and make ya pay for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or some shit.

actually he was a very early internet/forum power user as well and he literally turned into a fucking channer when the rest of the internet radicalized from the spread everywhere around 2015/2016 and went insane. despite the fact i was using 4chinz long before him and he went nuclear mode at the admins threatening legal action because of this. and kind of ruined everything. so i'm happy he's dead.

my mother also seems to think that you can just scrape mold off of things or "eat around" it so they might just be bumfucking hillpeople since they act like i'm the weird one for not wanting to sit on piles of month old cold mcdonald's french fries they've left everywhere and get angry if i throw out expired food.
>>
>>84315671
Your dad sounded kinda cool but also sorta demented at the same time. My parents are too stupid to even turn a computer on let alone be a internet power user. My grandmother is the same way about the old food shit, she'll eat straight out of the garbage can if you let her. She's always giving me food shes drug out of a dumpster somewhere. She's also the type to reuse toilet paper after it drys. She definitely falls under the "bumfucking hillpeople" category. They all they I'm the weird one too which is hilarious.
>>
>>84315748
my grandmother programmed on commodore 64s and my dad had a collection of apple iis and amigas. they were both way too on the internet and had no friends. the grandmother was an actual agoraphobe after she almost choked to death in her work cafeteria in the 1980s and since she was a deeply unpleasant hr bitch no one tried to save her, so she refused to leave her house or let anyone else do so. my dad had a single friend he barely talked to and would brag at the dinner table about pwning noobs in epic forum fights on like websites for japanese car manufacturers he had 100k posts on and roll his eyes at me with "you probably don't even know what that IS" about a rickroll while i was messaging the sa/early 4chan crew on aim so that was at least funny.

>My grandmother is the same way about the old food shit, she'll eat straight out of the garbage can if you let her. She's always giving me food shes drug out of a dumpster somewhere.
yeah, they would do this.

>She's also the type to reuse toilet paper after it drys.
that's a new one. #1 only or #2 as well? how do you do this? i don't think it dries that way...
>>
>>84315768
Yeah I know who you are now. I'm really sorry about the weird shit I did 3 months ago. I hadn't talked to anyone privately online for nearly a decade before you so I kind of freaked out on you. I still cringe about it. But anyway, I'm going to leave this thread now. Sorry again.
>>
>>84315342
honestly it's only exceptional if you're a slightly autistic preteen, which is coincidentally 90% of the fanbase, the rest being brony-tier autists
if you're a bitter and cynical nigger you'll know that ff6 and chrono trigger are the thinking man's jerpeg
>>
>>84315828
i would not have known that if you hadn't told me but ok. i'm not hard to find nor trying to be, i just don't like people yelling at me.

>tfw will never know how you reuse toilet paper now...

>>84316624
we are all allowed one (1) autism per every half-year. use it wisely.
>>
>>84316645
>>84315828
oh wait this is your thread. yeah i realized at the georgia comment and didn't care. i like earthbound and think >>84315342 should be drawn and quartered.
but off is better, toby fox is a hack, and yiik is funny to make fun of.
