i fucking hate interviews so damn much. i can just be comfy neeting until the interview comes and now my heart is beating 130bpm i cant have fun until the interview is over. i hate it.

Yeah, I can't stand interviews. I guess part of the reason why they're so awful is to filter out autists like me. I wish I could just take minimum wage for junior IT roles if it means I can skip the hiring process BS. Let me prove myself while you pay me dirt for like a year. I'd rather do that than hear one more "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" I don't know man, fucking working, hopefully. Or having to feel like shit after having to say no to a parade of "Have you worked with x software?" "What is a problem you've had and how did you solve it?" I've never had a good answer to that question.I miss doing interviews for blue collar jobs. All they want to do is make sure you're not a drug addict. I remember interviewing for this one factory job and literally the only question they had was "What's a safe work environment to you?"
