Why the fuck do I gain fat so fast and easily? I'll cut and be disciplined for weeks and barely lose fat, then I'll break and have a few cheat days then I'll look fat as fuck again right away.

Keep in mind my normal cut days are literally OMAD (one meal a day) and my cheat days are not even that much food, maybe 2000k calories. Do I have diabetes or some shit?

Debating on just hopping on reta at this point.

It's a good product but I doubt it would assist the weight loss, reta alone is plenty for the overclock + suppression/reset of faulty reward system

My primary supp recommendations are NAC/Taurine/Glycine/Creatine/Benfotiamine (I get all of these in bulk bags), some form of good oil (real olive oil in a dark bottle, coconut, or a fish oil blend), and finally the Vitamin D+K2+Magnesium full cofactor package. Starter D dose at 100k, lower to 20k after blood levels come back 100+ ng/mL, take a good K2 pill with it and don't forget the magnesium, those cover all of the bases. The usual recommended dose is an extreme error and you need significantly more the current RDA to get even average levels, especially with any metabolic issues dampening your levels.

Side note, never EVER consume Folic Acid (synthetic vitamin B9), it clogs up your ACTUAL B9 receptors (Folate) with extremely slow processing garbage that blocks you from getting enough. This is unfortunately in most products with "Fortified" grains (grains are trash anyway), never buy a B complex with folic acid.

What is killing your weight loss is cortisol. I went on a CPAP because of apnea and lost 150 lbs in a year by simply ditching caffeine and sugar. The weight just poured off. Oh and bread, don't eat that.

you can drink black coffee and tea, yes. you can even drink black coffee with aspartame(which can lead to cravings so be careful)so it doesn't taste like ass. the only reason I wouldn't encourage coffee though is just because you don't wanna get addicted to it. especially after you fast and all you do is drink caffeine, it can lead to drinking more of it with actual sugar, etc etc.
coke zero tho, im not sure. id recommend tea for sure though. maybe drink coffee once every 2 days or something, depending on how long you'll last.

Coke zero is fine, there are very few calories. Just don't over do it - I have seen some studies that suggest that artificial sweetener consumption can mess with the gut microbiome which can obviously cause systemic issues that can cause you to hold fat.

It is in the nature of EVERY animal to consume and be hungry and gorge and eat and laze about and get fat. Literally that's all every animal wants -> food, fat stores, comfort.

BUT because nature's rule is scarcity and struggle they just basically don't get the chance. Any EXCESS calories in nature will be immediately exploited.

The problem is us humans are the only animal to have invented CONSISTENT excess calories. And yeah maybe there's some minor gene variations where you store fat a little more than others. But ultimately inherent in all our bodies is this drive to eat to excess and put on fat stores.

In the past any animal that failed to do this didn't survive the winter. And now in our zoo environment we have to "count calories" Just to not die of obesity lol.

My point is there's no cure. If you want a slim body, but live in an environment of excess calories, you will constantly have to struggle against your bodies drive to fucking eat that food and store its energy as fat.

i mean, kinda. maybe? sorta? not exactly. i'm a fat fetishist who's always been an ordinary weight, but i'm obsessed with obese women. my experience has taught me that some people have a "thing" about food that i don't understand. eating is a hassle for me a lot of the time. i enjoy a great meal of course, but it's not something i really look forward to. but my fat girlfriend absolutely loves eating. she loves tasting. she looks forward to the next time she's going to be hungry. why? i don't get it. the only thing i look forward to like that is the next time i'm gonna get high or have sex or something like that. i am very sure that people's reward systems develop differently. that's why people have so many different sexual fetishes, right?
