i live in the midwest and always thought new england was better in every way so i moved there for a few years. i ended up moving back. the problem with new england is everyone is an introverted asshole so it doesnt matter how white it is or how good the economy is or how good the education is if there's no community outside of what you read in history books. unfortunately im a flyoverfag for life, i NEED cashiers attempting to make small talk and showing basic manners for my mental health
