How do you deal with loneliness at work?
I feel like no one respects me nor likes me in any way. I don't expect much from acquaintances but I want to at least feel present and appreciated wherever I am.
Can anyone help?

Stop isolating yourself, in a small space like work that only ends up making you seem unpleasant, like some pos that believes he's above everyone, hence no reason to respect you

>Isolating
Sorry but I do work a lot. I use my free time to the fullest to explore and socialize but I'm not very successful. That's a different topic than work so I don't want to be asking for too much in regards to that.
>Like some pos that believes he's above everyone
I don't feel better or worse than anyone
>Hence no reason to respect you
I know there's no reason to respect me. I don't think there's much reason for coworkers to respect eachother outside of their mutual obligation to work, but they seem to like eachother as people.

I'm not sure what you were implying with this reply but thank you for responding

Drink every other work day and save pto for whenever I really feel like going in late. Dont have a reason to take a day off around holidays so every month or so I take a day off or go in late.
Also dont care too much if you can. Show up, do what you have to and go straight home.

I had this feeling and kind of do lately as well. I can't really help you tho. I was pretty lonely at work for like two years. I work in IT and was helping someone setup their laptop. We started chatting on Slack every once in a while. The person started coming into the office more often and approaching me and interacting with me. I started feeling more confident to make friends at work. Me and this person seem to be going through a rough patch right now and I'm withdrawing from people and everyone is asking me what's wrong. Sorry can't actually help you.

isolating at work. You need to talk to them, you have to see them like 8 hours most days.

I work part time and people love me at work. I think one of the guys thinks I'm autistic (I am) so he's really friendly with me
