Some things I've learned as a 37 year old man.
>you can't trust everyone, even people in uniform
>wisdom really doesn't come automatically with age
>most older people are dumb as shit and twice as entitled
>society is mostly 'faking it' when it comes to success and stability
>marriage is a sham
>school generally is indoctrination
>most of your "friends" are only so because you see them multiple times a week, be it at school or at work
>your coworkers can and absolutely will backstab you when it's convenient for them
>'socially acceptable' politics are mostly just whatever is obsequious to the ruling class
>women are, by and large, insufferable
>a flag is nothing more than a cloth that will be used to blindfold you before execution
>religion, fear, and hyper-consumerism are enough to keep even the most 'rebellious' people in line
>we're all just a bunch of dumb animals looking to be sexually satisfied
>"family" is bullshit
>"right" and "wrong" are human concepts with human limitations; they don't exist objectively
>the only laws that truly govern this universe are those of Physics
and so on
