Is my boomer neighbor trying to compete with me over our yards? I can't tell if I'm crazy or it's just him making small talk.We're both outdoors a lot so sometimes we will chat, but here are some various comments he's made:>Must be a busy man, grass is starting to look a little tall.>Your lawn is getting some brown spots (then goes on a long spiel about why his yard doesn't have them.)>I see you haven't gotten around to edging your sidewalks, you just not got the tools or does it not bother you? That'd drive me nuts.These are just a few of the comments. Also if I mow or do yardwork early in the day once, then the next he will do it just a little earlier than me and wave. It could just be a coincidence, and I'm just an autist.

I keep it maintained, I mow it regularly and keep everything trimmed. I just don't seed it, or water it, or do any other fancy treatments or stuff.
