What does a machine operator job entail, im interviewing for one in a week and i had a job whose title was "machine operator" but i just stood there with my thumb in my ass and changed out some plastic bags and printer ink every hour or so, this one is like real machine stuff with plastics and shit and CNC machines. I want this jerb cuz it pays well but idk any of this shit, but i see dumb borderline retard rednecks doing these sorts of jobs so i figure i could easily learn it too
>>84394581Is there a difference between a machine operator and an operator? Both factory jobs I've worked at I've just been referred to as an operator.
>>84394581Literally ask chat gpt what did the job do and how to do it. When you go into the interview explain to them how to do the job in first person. Do not be rude.
>>84394581machine operator is one of those vague titles. It might as well be "crew member" for how vague it can be and how little it actually describes the finer details of that specific location. Machine operator can mean babysitting a machine, feeding materials to the machine every so often, or more hands on and fast paced work. Good luck with your interview or job
