The psychiatry path only masks the problem. the best approach imo is to see psychiatrist to be medicated while at the same time doin talk therapy with them. That way you can work on your problems. So that the day you jump off the medication you will not fall back into your suicidal feelings.The problems you are currently facing in your life may be the result of your moods. Go for 20 or 30 min jog every few days for a while. The easier one is to masterbate. When you are in a low mood. Just squeeze one out and you will feel temporary relief. Basically you want to land into the love spectrum. Anything that triggers your dopamine. Tv shows. Eating. Talking to loved ones. Etc etc
