Told my main manager at least twice through emails I need to work at least 16 hours a week. Emails ignored and instead working 4 hours a week.I'm called during my day offs like I'm expected to just drop everything and come in today or even less than an hour to fill in a shift (good thing I ignored those phone calls)Then I woke up today to get ready for work, only for them to change the schedule in less than 24 hours of my assigned shift to be delayed to tomorrow, that I was notified through text message (not by my main manager but another manager on duty I believe), to which conflicts with my initially posted schedule that I have mentioned many times before that I'm unavailable tomorrow on certain times.Barely started there, like a month or two, and this is how they treat me. Good thing I already have another job and will be quitting this shit job immediately. But this is how the higher ups treat us wagies, a damn power struggle to control and manipulate you as much as they can.

They don't deserve my presence, I will just text back whoever texted me that I'm resigning today and then ignore or block any numbers that try to contact me. Probably burning bridges with corporate but oh well.
