It seems clear that libido initially goes down and then after like 7 months a sexual drive will return in a different form (characteristic of female sexuality). I obviously don't want to be depressed - HRT certainly makes you more emotional, but that ultimately might not be a bad thing (to confront things, reach out to people and form the connections that I know I truly want but lack the social drive etc to capture it).
