I don't wear pajamas. If I'm in bed, I just sleep in my underwear. If I have to get up out of bed for awhile (e.g. cannot get back to sleep, I'll put some shorts or pants depending on it is warm/hot or cold. I'll put on a regular t-shirt for upper wear. I don't worry though since I live with my s/o. I just prefer to wearing some outerwear if I'm not sleeping.
