Ok so after taking 0.5mg (sometimes up to 1mg but that was rare) of clonazepam 3 to 4 times a week for over two years I'm gonna quit cold turkey. What am I in for? I'm scared of having a seizure because sometimes I get weird twitches in my hands and legs. Last month I did a whole week but since I didn't feel anything I went back to using way too much and often.
Taper moderately, not only because it could have bad health effects but because you should analyze how it makes you feel to be drawn off of them minutely and slowly. There's an underlying psychological thing that you have to resolve, no?

You taper down, hopefully somebody in your life can talk to you when you're feeling like relapsing to hold you accountable and keep you mentally grounded. Sounds like you haven't abused them terribly, weren't on them daily and have the will to stop, should be doable.
