at a certain point you realize that a lot of women just enjoy having problems. guys aren't necessarily any different, look at all the incels on here who will make any excuse possible to blame their problems on other people. women do the same shit but it's more commonly in the form of self destructively seeking out men they know are toxic, or engaging in behavior they know will attract unwanted attention, then complaining about it. it's a form of validation and desirability testing. I've noticed on dating apps in particular women will regularly whine about a behavior in their bio, meanwhile not really giving any other info, almost guaranteeing most of their interactions will be focused around that thing that apparently annoys them. A lot of women will also be self depreciating about their standards in men, which also is self-reinforcing behavior. It's like when girls wear a shirt that says my eyes are up there on their boobs, drawing more attention to their boobs. You see a similar thing in men with stuff like "egirls are ruining my life, I love crazy latinas, etc etc" - I think it's just a byproduct of social conditioning and indulgence/temptation being a key component of most people's Eros. It's childish for sure but it's usually pretty easy to avoid, the only time it actually bothers me is when I'm dating or getting to know a girl and I get a sense of her "type" maybe by seeing pictures of prior partners or something, and realize she's not immune to that shit either and actively enjoys dating bums. Nothing turns me off faster than that, even if the girl seems genuinely decent.
