I actually am doing both of those things. I'm in the middle of getting my facial hair removed and I take dutasteride. It makes me feel like I'm just indulging in it and making it worse, although it has relieved some distress.

i take dutasteride and anti androgens and im doing much better these days and i didnt even have to fully troon out. just stopping masculinization stabilized me
