Do you guys make a decent wage? I get paid 39.23 USD per hour (before taxes) to be a night shift supervisor in a medical laboratory at a 600+ bed hospital in the American South.

Should I be a MLT

I'm an MLS. If you want less schooling and slightly less pay for doing almost the exact same job as me then yeah it's a decent career. In most labs, MLTs do literally the exact same job as MLS' do. You'll never be rich as an MLT, but you will be firmly middle class and will have a career that has infinite job security since the demand for lab personnel is 1000% greater than the supply. You'll never see a patient unless you work in a rural area where they require you to do phlebotomy and there's very little "work politics" if you avoid dayshift. I just do my job and go home. I send and respond to emails as little as possible.

Yeah but the clinicals, I'll have to go in person and interact with normies. How did you deal with that

instead of being a wageslave in an obviously rigged economy, i became a disabled person and moved to a place where it was enough to live off of. this obviously doesn't work in america, the billionaires need wageslaves.

Grow a pair of balls. Every job that pays well requires human interaction. If you're not intelligent enough to feign being a normal person for a couple hours at a clinical rotation then you're not smart enough for any job besides teenage-tier shit like stocking shelves. Capitalism works under the principal of "oh you want money? come get it little bitch boy." The fear of being poor should override all your other fears. If not, then you aren't scared enough of what it means to be poor.

Gratz on being a welfare baby in a socialist Euro nation. I live in a Cyberpunk 2077 dystopian shithole where my worth is determined by (Company) and how many (Credits) I have in my bank account.

40 bucks in the south should be good money unless you're seriously retarded with your money.
Can you give a ballpark estimate of your monthly wage?
below 5k or above 5k?

I bring back about 2.5k USD per biweekly paycheck AFTER taxes so I take home 5k monthly. I have little expenses due to living with my parents still so like 90% of it goes into a high-yield savings account or my Fidelity account where I invest in index funds like VTI and VXUS. I don't spend much besides luxuries like restocking my bar, weed, gifts for people I like, and whatever dumb vacation shit my gf wants to do.

Kys faggot I'm on that grind and suffer every day.

5k in a low cost of living area is not bad. If it were 60k a year in nyc then maybe it would be iffy but if you're in a really low cost of living area in the south then you're doing well. What jobs or roles would you say are good for robots in healthcare?
