what's the best way to make it look like you tried to kill yourself but not actually kill yourself or do any permanent damage

not a suicide attempt but i was in the icu from a car accident. in May 2013 had a seizure driving from friend's mom house. when i came home party mom was just talking shit about me.

Call the cops and say your 'friend' needs a mental health check since you think he's about to kill himself and just give them your address. As for what you should be doing, the wrists thing would be good enough at that point, but you could also do a plastic bag over your head or something.
