Honest thoughts on HBD(race realism)? Im honestly neutral on them, not everything they say is wrong, but they usually arent good faith. They are definitely biased and really really hate black people, but they pretend their arguments are purely scientific to avoid this fact

I think the only problem with HBD is reliance on questionable studies (like the IQ study claiming IQs in the 60s for some African countries which are based on very limited sample sizes in very poorly done studies). But there really is an IQ gradient between rich and poor countries which can be explained in part by race. Once you realize that, the implication becomes "how can we racially enhance everyone through science?" I love the diversity of humanity, and it's really sad we're at the point where racists are the ones who want to preserve that diversity while antiracists want globalist policies that will inevitably turn us all into a single race and culture.
Okay, as far as I'm concerned, there is some truth to race realism. Like there are very noticable physical differences between different ethnicites of people. Key word being ethnicities. Like blacks aren't better runners as a whole, east africans are better at endurance running and west africans are better at sprinting. Likewise some whites may be known for their higher than average intelligence such as the Dutch, others like Albanians and Portuguese haven't quite earned the same reputation however. It's as you said, people wanna group everyone together in one big box and be done with it when it's much more complex than that. Like Botswana and The Bahamas for instance have a QoL surpassing a lot of Eastern European countries despite being black. Overall would I say that Africans as a whole are less intelligent on average? Probably, but the extent to which this applies is far less than people assume. Like obviously not everyone in Subsaharan Africa is predisposed to an IQ that qualifies them as literally retarded, nurture has a far bigger impact than nature in this situation. It's like assuming that just because west africans have an advantage in running that makes white sprinters obsolete.
The biological and physiological differences between races are so obvious how can it even be denied? Sure racists use these to appear superior but there isn't a master race. Every group has survived to this day due to certain advantages in their respective environments. The truth doesn't care about good or bad faith.

Africans or blacks are not a race, Africa is extremely diverse and consist of several races. On top of the things you mentioned like obvious ulterior motives and biased sources of info, like using Lynn studies that used IQ data from disabled children to average African national IQ's that are still referenced to this day. It is very obvious to any non-chud that Race realism is just an excuse to promote racial policies, discrimination, genocide etc. You can't pin point whiteness on a genetic marker either. Race it's self is a kind of stupid concept, it's not really a synonym for separate species, nor sub-species since humans didn't evolve separate long enough to do that. Just different variants of the same sub-species.
