I binge ate so fucking much, after about a week of mostly staving myself. I was doing so well, but I just had to start eating like a fat fucking pig. I want to cry so fucking badly

>>84444323but that isnt weight loss retard youre just not bloated with food, you lose via calorie deficit and/or intermittent fasting and/or cardio. also the food you eat when u do eat also matters as to whether you gain eat well, diet correctly and go for walks or runs. im 5'8 98lbs so u can take my advice

I know advice from a robot isn't super compelling, especially one that's got a BMI of 40-something. But I got here on purpose if that makes any difference to you. Long story short I'm a weirdo who likes being fat.But anyway, you gotta eat, my guy. It's okay if the food is very low calorie, like a chef or house salad without dressing, or a cup of plain greek yogurt, or hell, a pack of applesauce. You can stay slim, even maintain a comfortable amount of fullness, by spreading your food out across the day. By turning your morning snack into four bite-sized snacks across the day, you won't feel bloated from binge-eating, the cravings will be easier to manage, and you won't gain weight. I know intermittent fasting sounds real fun as a crash diet, but that's not meant for people already eating barely anything. It's meant for guys who are eating one decently large meal every day. That's the guys who whip out a porterhouse steak and green beans for dinner with homemade sloppy joe and creamed corn on the side. If you're eatin' the rabbit diet and limiting even THAT to once a day, then your exercise in discipline will only make you more hungry, lower-energy, and more prone to binging as a basic survival mechanism.Don't fall into the pit of starving yourself just to stay skinny for aesthetics. Your body's more important than just some vessel to show off your skin and bones like a toy poodle peeking out from your purse. Your body is what moves around, lives life, makes friends, and works a job. If you need 1500 calories a day to do that, you should have 1500 calories a day. Being undernourished can be almost as bad as being bedbound from obesity. No insulation means the cold bites harder, no bellyfat means pregnancy is harder on you and the baby (assuming you're female ofc), any curves you do have will diminish over time if they aren't already diminished, accidents will damage you more without cushioning, memory and cognitive function are inhibited...it's not great.
