>God will never leave me nor forsake me
To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

John 20:23

"If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained."

Do you think it's better to continue living your life despite being a sinner or to repent and die so you can no longer sin
>>
>>84447166
You'll be a sinner until you die either way. Repenting (turning away from) sin entirely isn't possible. (Romans 6:7, or more commonly quoted in this context, Romans 7:24)
If you put your faith in Christ (Repent from your unbelief), you will be saved from hell, and go to heaven when you die.
>>
>>84447072
google says this, i'm not certain of the precise meaning
>>
>>84447264
It appears to be establishing the Catholic doctrine of confession.
>>
I would never worship an evil god tho
>>
>>84447282
It could be doing this. It depends on how you define repent in this context.
>Repentance from sin
>Repentance from unbelief
If it's the latter, it'd be mirroring this verse in John (3:36)
>He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
In this case, if you believe, all your sins were paid for on the cross, if you don't, you're refusing Christ's payment for your sins.
>>
>>84447288
Don't worship an evil one then. God gave you your conscience, if your built in sensor for right and wrong are affected, you have the wrong view of God, or else it could be social morality (i.e. Strong feelings about customs that do not affect morality)
>>

Evil kike god gave me nothing anon. I choose not to worship the kike gods, is what I'm saying. You fucking FAGGOTS should be ashamed of yourselves for hurting kids. Makes me fucking angry. Pedos like you really piss me off
>>
I firmly believe Christians need to be tagged, registered, and chemically castrated. Grubby sub-kikes can't stay away from kids.

>Evil kike god gave me nothing
You have your life, a computer device, and a decent typing speed, I can see this much from these replies.
>hurting kids
?
Where is this coming from? Are you drunk? Who is going after kids?

Niggas are really out here in the big 2k26 still worshipping the Devil in disguise.

This kike fuck god is clearly evil, just like his people, the Jews.

It sucks being so prone to sin. I feel useless and like I should just die so I'm not such a disappointment.
>>
>>84447371
If you sort of like half read it and have 0 experience with the bible, yeah I see your point. I read my bible though.

>>84447384
>1. Evil (harm)
(God judging King David for killing Urijah.)
>2. Tempteth (cause to sin)
No contradiction here
>>
>>84447484
If you're that same anon, I've told you a few times that we all sin, even the apostle Paul sinned. If your conscience is still heavy though, are there any avoidable sins in your life you haven't removed?
>>

The most recurring one is lust.
I also still get apathetic/angry towards people, but that's gotten better, I think.
I still don't love everyone as we're told to. I don't see the world as my family and would still instinctively choose personal family over a stranger.
I'm often idle because work tires me out and I'm depressed so I'm definitely not living up to any potential I could have. My default state of mind is yearning for happiness and comfort even though it should be diligence and holiness.
I'm materialistic but not obsessively. I still want things of my own and enjoy worldly possessions more than I should.
I could probably keep going on but those are some.

Lust will go away as long as you can avoid porn. Desire comes from the eyes pretty much.
This sounds like a meme, but you can go months without an urge, and then only get tempted after looking at the catalog for too long. Glad to see you're practicing temperance and patience towards others.
Owning possessions isn't a sin, loving them more than God is. As far as I know, every sin is overdoing a natural urge, materialism on some level is alright (being motivated to work harder to obtain something that's not immoral or a waste of money). Idleness can be alright, just don't be idle surfing the web, especially if you struggle with lust. If you need to burn time when you're tired, find something easy that won't tempt you.
Choosing personal family over a stranger is the moral thing to do.
>But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.
Being charitable is a virtue, but putting strangers over your family isn't right. Also there are some cases where it leads to harm (giving money to healthy adults who refuse to work will only incentivise them to continue living like that and wasting their lives
>For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.).
The natural state of man is to try and enjoy life, if your Christian walk becomes in opposition to this, you'll be way too tempted. Try connect them wherever possible to remove unnecessary temptation (e.g. if you have friends who cause you to sin, the answer is to find Christian friends who'll encourage you, instead of forswearing friends altogether).
>>
>>84448481
For now just try to substitute triggers for pornography with stuff that won't tempt you when you're idle.
E.g. replacing scrolling /r9k/ with playing some game that won't tempt you, or some show, or some book.
>>
Lust is a sin tho

>Lust will go away as long as you can avoid porn
I lust simply from seeing women when I leave the house. I don't actively seek out porn but the catalog on here does have it.
>>
It is a little ironic to be posting about while lusting over gooks don't you think?
>>
>>84448734
Posting about god*

Looking on a woman to lust over her in your heart is a sin, lust itself is normal, and has its place within marriage.

>>84448734
Girl in the OP is fully clothed, this is nonsensical.
>>
>>84449320
>Looking on a woman to lust over her in your heart is a sin
(because it's likened to adultery = infidelity, obviously looking at your spouse this way has its place).
