We went through this last year, the male body itself may be dehumanized on a genetic level because of how the bodies of female homogametic species react to male-fetus pregnancies.They will always see men as an otherized group of non-humans and if this process was imprinted in the genome because of the constantly repeating process during pregnancies, then it's reasonable to assume that males can inherit similar traits and therefore see other males the same way, which is possibly why sexual competition between mammals is incredibly violent compared to female heterogametic species like birds where competition is mostly ritualized and they pair bond effortlessly while only 3% of mammals are capable of that.
