There's no prom in my country. They invited us to some dinner after graduation but I declined and got wasted with my friends instead.

My parents gave me shit for it but I had exactly zero friends in high school and was way to socially awkward to ask a girl anyway, not that any of them would've said yes. I was a a giant loser and the laughingstock of my class, and even had a girl say she considered me the pinnacle of undesirabliy (while rejecting another guy lol). Wasn't behind my back either I was right there. I went to exactly 1 school dance in 9th grade. It was Sadie Hawkins and girl asked me. It was super awkward and I was too shy to kiss her. We "dated" for like a month and then she dumped me saying it was for mental health and was with another guy a week later lol. In college now and much more well adjusted and normal but still never had another gf and am khv at 21.
