i've lived in places where all my neighbors were incompetent, shitty dog owners.
constant barking for hours and hours daily is fucking maddening.
i've never, and never will harm an animal, but fuck man i had some shit go through my head at those times.
sometimes i would think about just going into their yard and unhooking the leash to let those fuckers run free
