>>84583488Busy leading but maybe not realizing how corrupt leaders that were born/in power before them are keeping them from getting more influential positions. Even if they realized this is being done being able to plan and execute to get those positions is beyond some of them, or isn't and they just have to wait for certain people to pass away. Many good leaders are also not taking advantage of ways to fund themselves (as opposed to networking and hoping people give them grants) which further slows their progress.
