The only roles being replaced are junior roles because junior roles do a lot of rote work that can be replaced with an autocomplete program/jeet for much cheaper. Doubtful if they can keep it up long term, as there will be nobody to replace the mid level or senior workers once they're too old to work. Profits in the sort term are going to be great though.
