I hate how every time I say I went to the beach my family gives me weird looks because I'm a 39 year old lonely incel. They probably think I'm a creep that goes to the beach to stare at the cute girls.

I hate how the assumption from Xers and Boomers whenever you're going to the beach or a pool or anywhere women are is just to look at the women. My parents always made me uncomfortable growing up by saying shit like this and not only did it make me ashamed of openly finding women attractive, but also pissed me off that they would reduce me to some slobbering fuckboy who just wants to chase pussy. Even when I clearly could never be that guy.

reminds me of when they see you interact with a girl and immediately assume you're dating

Dude these were my parents too, always making me feel ashamed of intimacy. This is why I avoid females at all costs now, I'm not a complete autist, I can talk and I'm pretty interesting, but every time I talk to a woman I feel this shame, like I'm going to be mocked for trying to bond with them, so my brain always makes me avoid them.

I don't think that's only about girls, maybe you just don't like your family's attitudes and habits.
