my favorite explanation for the tall whites is:
millions of years ago, a bunch of humans were abducted and placed on a habitable planet where they were then given an abundance of resources. supposedly the abundance of resources led to them not fighting over land and they then went on to developed a governing system similar to communism, where they played loose with ownership or something. They also wound up becoming millions of years more advanced than us because no flood or anything halted their development as a society. they got so advanced that the aliens that put them on that planet finally made contact with them and told them the truth of where they came from. the aliens that innitially abducted them were like a council of like super advanced aliens. anyway after the humans on that planet learned about us on earth they talked about visiting and the council allowed them to visit but they have to stay incognito, they do experiments on us, where they collect our bacterias and shit and they do all sorts of shit.

I knew about the "Nordics" since decades ago. They didn't call them that though, they were known as Starborn or Star Children, something like that.
And yeah supposedly they're us. There is an ongoing circulating theory that they're us from the future, but I always thought the Star Child conspiracy was a really drummed up fantasy, anyone could think of that shit, it's not that far fetched.
What's weird is Steven Spielberg messed with that Star Child idea. He had this show called Taken that he did in the early 2000s, it was a TV special and it was never talked about ever again after it aired, it had Dakota Fanning and it was like a mini anthology thing that depicted some of the conspiracies and the Star Child one was one of them, along with Roswell greys.
