over 24 hours without any food again. i could keep going... but it kinda stops being enjoyable at around that point.

I go 16, but any longer than that and i start getting a headache and/or become so fatigued that I can do little more than lay in bed all day, which is not a good way to live.
Plus it does nothing for my weight so I stopped doing it.

honto? i find it strangely energising. i also don't do it every day, just whenever i feel like it, which is maybe once every 2 weeks on average. and i'm definitely not doing it for my weight or anything like that, just for the pleasure of it.
