There are 20 amino acids. Proteins are polypeptides consisting of a chain of dozens, hundreds, or thousands of amino acids. This means that the probability of a specific sequence consisting of 100 amino acids (aa's) is ~ 1:20^100 = 1:10^130. Scientists "explain" this via homologs. Homologs are genes or proteins that share global or local similarities in their sequences and occur in many species. So they argue that it is not necessary to search the entire search space to obtain a specific biologically valuable sequence. Instead, they say it is possible that shorter sequences gradually lengthen.It is estimated that, for aa lengths of 150, there is one protein per 10^77 possible sequences that can perform useful biological functions. As a rule of thumb, if something is less likely than 1 in 10^50, then it is impossible in this universe.Orphan genes are genes that occur in only a single species. There are no homologs for them and there is no explanation for their existence that addresses the statistical improbability of their existence. Evolutionists say that humans diverged from the ancestors of chimpanzees 7 million years ago. There were a total of 200 billion hominins. There is no theory that can explain why we have dozens of orphan genes that isn't laughable. In fact, there is even the concept of "punctuated equilibrium" (image below). So, in typical fashion, a new "mechanism" had to be grafted onto evolutionary theory to explain this. Abiogenesis is a similar joke.
Some proteins require molecular machines (consisting of other proteins) to fold correctly. Evolution cannot account for this without turning science into a joke. Without repair mechanisms, DNA would degrade too quickly and make life impossible. Without repair mechanisms (i.e, molecular machines consisting of proteins, and some of these proteins require other molecular machines, also consisting of proteins, to fold correctly), there can be no DNA-based life, but without DNA-based life, how could DNA repair mechanisms "evolve"? The same applies to RNA (which is even more unstable). There are, of course, explanations for this, and they are, without exception, a joke in defiance of all chemistry, mathematics and experimental reality.To avoid infinite regress you need a creator that itself is not out of blood or flesh.
