Their lips are incredibly soft, it's like the softest thing imaginable. Imagine cloudy velvet and ice cream combined, but the ice cream is slightly melted so it's perfect to eat, it's bliss. Also, depending on their oral habits, their mouth will usually taste like flowers. Basically, just imagine a very soft, warm, wet, and fleshy interlocking of lips and tongue. The heat makes it even better. I find kissing more appealing than sex, but everyone's different.
The only other thing that gives a similar amount of dopamine is eating a chocolate ice cream drumstick. But the difference is you can kiss for hours.
That's why I never hate on diabetics/fattys and others. If I wasn't in a state of depression I would be buying and eating ice cream all day just to replicate the dopamine rush. Instead I sit and introspect about how much I suck.
