Its official, my leg is hurting again. Several weeks/months of being unable to get any relief and hardly any rest. Wish I knew what caused these flare ups but I had went almost a year with no issues.

I have a pretty good idea that I have a pinched nerve in my back causing it but I don't think there's anything to be done. Come to find out sitting my fat ass in a computer chair the vast majority of a day, every day, for the nearly 20 years had bad health effects, who would have thought?
