My shifts start at 1800 and end at 0600. My day is ruined by virtue of it being work even if it's only an hour, so I'd rather get lots of hours in less days. I don't know how people do five days a week for years. I was a fiend for overtime for a while but then I realized you can't really do anything with money. It's literally just number go up except you're not having any fun while doing it and there's no sense of satisfaction or accomplishment.
