I usually don't know the names of any of the women I post and I often can't remember the source. I have been collecting these images over the last 3 years, I usually just save them off different threads here on /s/ or sometimes /hc/, /b/ or even other threads like /r9k/. Other images come from image searches or various adult forums. If I like an image I right click it and save it, that's it. I don't make notes about the source or even know what her name is. You're best option is to do an image search and if that doesn't work maybe post it to /r/ and ask if an anon there can identify her.
