Really just need 2 boards. Korean culture board, this will deliver /mu/ from its 40-kpop-threads-per-day hellhole (because these idiots are incapable of posting in one thread until it slides like literally every other general on the website does, they start 3 new threads and abandon the old one the millisecond it hits bump limit). This slides all the actual music threads and drove off all the oldfags and good posters myself included, so a /ko/ board or a /mg/ - music generals could potentially save /mu/. The second board we need is a /celeb/ board, this will save /tv/ and /b/ from e-celeb and influencer gossip which is the most cancerous of cancer. Could also have some other containment board for the gooners on /b/ to post facebook goon material, that's always a huge % of the catalog and a big part of what sucked the life out of /b/. I don't think we need any other niche boards like OP said, that will just make us more like reddit. Individual threads are for the exploration of niches, no need to make boards that will just pull traffic from existing already slower boards like /g/, /x/, /out/... that's my take on it anyways.
