First of all, you should have recognised that the girl is Kaoru Ryuzaki from idolm@ster
Secondly, you should have understood that the original image is likely not black and white, and hence wouldn't return from a reverse image search, even if you cropped it and perspective-warped it to be alligned correctly
With this in mind, you could have gone to an image databse such as gelbooru.com, and searched for tags such as "ryuzaki_kaoru", "solo" and "bikini"
Had you done this, you would have very quickly found the source image, but you lacked some essential knowledge

zink thermal paper are 2x3" glossy sticker photo sheets for $0.50 each and there's a bunch of printer models that take zink paper, they're cheaper than instax mini ($0.96/ea) but less waterproof, this is filling the toy printer niche for ppl who want to put color photos and stuff in their journals and decorate their stuff, you could definitely print stuff on an inkjet for cheaper but it wouldn't be nearly as convenient.

if you wanna get into toy printers and instant film stuff, buy the equipment used, ppl get bored of them quickly if they're not creative

forgot, there's also various brands of "dye sub" portable photo printers, there's no standard, they're all proprietary, they're packs of photo paper with matching ink film ribbons, they have the best quality overall for a portable printer but they're very wasteful, imagine a full color photo's worth of magenta, cyan, yellow and black ink per photo and it only uses a little bit of each each, if you need this level of quality just get a real inkjet, they're pretty cheap too, i think new ones go for $50 when they're on sale, just don't buy official ink lole

They still exist but their color quality is legitimately worse than the ones you could buy decades ago because generational knowledge was literally lost during the bankruptcy and they're literally trying to recreate the old formula, instax mini is available mostly everywhere and you can take pictures with it on a dumb camera or print them directly with a portable printer or get a digital instax camera that prints from your phone or directly from the camera.
