god was wrong for expecting his creation to love him when he lets the world be ruled by satan, among other things, of course i don't believe in such things literally (it's more of a metaphorical struggle) in reality we as a species have fucked up by allowing ourselves to be shackled by religious practices imposed on us only to make us easier to control and oppress by the ruling class, so yes evil was always the message, because religion itself is a tool used for evil and that's the only reason it has made it to modern times (people won't do a revolution as easily if they think they'll go to hell for killing a pig-man)
