Women don't understand the idea of women having such high estrogen, estrogen sensitivity, and/or GH that "fat goes to all of the right places" because there is no male equivalent of that. The closest thing is such high testosterone, testosterone sensitivity, and/or GH that what nutrients would normally go to fat in most other men instead go to building more muscle. As such, women think all euphemisms for "she has such good genetics that all of her fat goes straight to her tits and ass and in a good way" mean "she's just straight up fat".
