in other news ive taken to downloading music. I realized that streaming media is dumb. I'm also trying to give up youtube as well as pinterest, google, discord, steam.
Increasingly "platforms" feel like unreasonable middle men between what I want, abusive digital landlords forcing us all to comply just to rent their content.
