well i wasn't alive yet - it would be another 4 years before i entered the world. that being said, i find the events of that day very interesting. not just from a geopolitical/social/economic standpoint, but i actually wanted to learn about structural engineering & continuity of government stuff in high school because of it.
i would say i am more well-informed on the subject than 75% of my peers. i don't believe it was an inside job from an "active" standpoint (like thermite in the towers) but it was most certainly a "passive" one (the U.S. allowing it to happen).

the WTC complex had already been bombed once in February 1993, and it was a miracle that only 6 died from that. why? because had the guy parked the bomb just a bit differently, the North Tower would've immediately collapsed and crashed into the South Tower. the 2001 attacks were surreal, yet not nearly as bad as they could've been.
