technically you can play Russian Roulette with a semi-automatic handgun by simply racking the slide, ensuring a live round is in the chamber, and then ejecting the magazine. if you're lucky, it'll have a magazine disconnect safety that will prevent the weapon from discharging, even if the trigger was pulled and a round was loaded.

You could play it with a double barrel shotgun. You would have to get somone else to load it one tube or the other and then toss a coin to decide which barrel to fire. Make sure its someone you really trust or they could load both barrels for a laugh.
