i am trying to do something positive for my liife i bought grip strengtheners so i will use them every day and blast my forearms to become swole so I will no longer have low T girly skeleton wrists

get some dumbells too, forearm exercises with them will add more muscle mass den grip trainers

be careful and do some stretch afterwards, your tendons in your hands are fragile
a REALLY good wrist exercise is "wrist twists"
you want to hold the dumbell and rotate your wrists outwards to completion and then back in
dont let momentum swing them; you want to maintain steady control through the movement
wrist twists grew my entire forearms massivly!

you can’t really change wrist bone size unless you respawn with different genetics but nobody ever looks at just the wrist. they see the whole arm.

build brachioradialis + flexors and it creates that caveman forearm shelf that makes wrists look fine in comparison. hammer curls, reverse curls, wrist rollers, farmer carries. grip trainers are fine but don’t make them your only religion.

and honestly? consistency mogs wrist circumference every time. stick with it 3–6 months and you’ll look back at this post like “damn I was doomposting for nothing.”

i did pushups and lifted my 5lb dumbbells yesterday different ways and now the back of my neck/spine hurts a lot especially if I turn my head to look over either shoulder
this has happened in the past when i try to exercise and im worried i will keep getting this injury to prevent me from doing more

I have had this happen a lot, what you have to do is just start in smaller bursts
It won't be as instant but then you can be consistent and actually keep up with it (since you won't be getting hurt all the time)

It is just your body straining from not enough exercise leading up, keep exercising but just stop if you feel any pain at all, you need to train past it

Ok I will not go as hard for a while maybe every other day and not as much yet this worried me many years ago and made me stop because I am very scared of spinal injuries and thought there was something wrong with me.
