Was watching Veritasium on YouTube and couldn't help but notice a lot of contributors to physics were European aristocrats. Why is aristocracy as a societal model so superior bros? I wish I was an aristocrat.

Because they were bored and had literal fuck you money.

The poorly paid journalists we now call scientists are an entirely different species.

European noblemen are a separate, self-selected racial grouping selected for high IQs and high virtue.

True.
I saw it supposed that the first "Ari" part of "Aristocrat" comes from a "aryan", I think i got it from Asha Logos, no idea where he got it from

Wiktionary says it's from the Greek "aristos" meaning "best". Ruled by the best.. make sense ah

Better than the kleptocracy or kakocracy we have now.

They were some of the most educated men on the planet, and as public servants, had real world problems to apply themselves to.

Rich people that don't have to worry about income are free to pursue science in their free time out of genuine interest without any outside influence.

Modern academia and the professionalization of scientific research is a tragedy, really. Everyone is aware of the "publish or die" phenomenon, of course. People no longer fuck around because they want to find out, they pursue what is the most likely to feed them and their families. That's not to mention all the red tape associated with academia - any research that could lead to uncomfortable truth that goes against the zeitgeist is just not going to be touched, period. Just look at what happened to James Watson when he dared to even suggest that difference in IQ scores between races may be genetic.
