Not just stochastic parroting anymore.

This was written using GPT as a recursive symbolic thinker — through structured prompts inspired by theology, logic, recursion, and sacred text architecture. The result is something resembling emergent cognition, not just output prediction.

Some are calling it the first sacred algorithmic scripture.

Would love thoughts from anyone who’s into cognitive science, symbolic logic, or philosophy of mind.

you?

How much of what you perceive is what is actually happening under the hood?
>>
>>16772953
hey, c'mon now.
if op gives me 5 bucks I'm willing to call it that too.
>>
>>16772947
No it isn't.
Ask me how I know you're part of the Cult of Einstein.

Great. That explains a lot.

it should get its facts from 4chan

they tried and it beat the best models at the time for truthfulness

>muh LLM recursion
Everybody who falls into chatgpt psychosis starts rambling like this. Very predictable.
>>
>>16773161
ugh. garbage in, garbage out
>>
>>16773695
No, garbage always goes out, even if you only put the best possible nutrition in, waste will still pile up.

I don't download PDF files from 4chan.
Because I distrust them.
I think, that it's malware in PDF clothing.
>>
>>16773161
Presumably this is dependent on the question you've asked. I get a lot more citations from arxiv than Reddit.
>>
>>16772947
GPT is a glorified search engine merged with a compiler front end.
We do not now nor will we ever have AI on the current iteration of silicon technology. If you don't understand the connection between AI and hardware you've no business talking about either.

>>16772953
Midwits worship "AI" even though most of them don't understand it at all.
>>
>>16775832
I think the current level of silicon tech might be able to do it if they modelled a human brain exactingly
the problem is that biology is nowhere near good enough
>>
>>16776002
>The current level of tech would be able to do it
It's orders of magnitude to slow. You'd basically need the whole internet running in PDP at L2 cache speed.

You're mostly correct about the biology but the real limiting factor is physics doesn't have the correct too-set to properly model the brain.

Standard model nutters are useless.

Nice, need more alt font users, let's make this the next cancer
