What is the science behind milk, containing all amino acids and energy, having a lower nutri-score(tm) than 20 grams of almond mixed with water?

biologists havent figured out which micro nutrients we need to thrive.

Bioavailability is a foreign concept in nutrition.
They lie about folic acid being folate, after all.
>>
>>16777166
Nutri-Score(tm) ratings take into consideration a broad spectrum of factors including sustainability, social equity, historical injustices and the changing demographics of the new Europe.

Some "people" cannot digest milk, so on average milk is not good for you
I wish I was making this up but I've seen this logic a lot
>>
>>16777166

It stands to reason that milk contains more parasites, hormones, vaccines, "chemicals", excreta, etc. than almond juice.

milk is a liquid designed to turn little cows into big cows
this does not necessarily translate 1:1 into being a liquid that turns little humans into big humans

grains are also slave foods
our cavemen and mongolia ancestors never ate grains and they conquered the world

>mongoloids, nafris, dravidians, etc. guzzle dairy

Almost getting it.

milk has 30 or more grams of protien per liter and minerals
>>16777741
its got 30 grams of protein a liter and minerals

cow milk has got 30 grams of protien per liter and minerals

Pasteurization destroys the milk by killing useful bacteria and beneficial lactase enzymes that aid in digestion... Raw milk was the historical standard until industrialists wanted to enact factory farming practices for the purposes of mass production. If you think there is anything I wrote that's incorrect, just remember there are """dairy supplements""" to address the malnourishing qualities of store-bought milk and dairy.

Aryans and most Europeans in general consumed dairy too, retard.

>Aryans and most Europeans in general consumed dairy too, retard.

Suspicious claim. Mongoloids, nafris, and dravidians all practice zoophilia and zooscatophilia, and dairy consumption belongs in this category, whereas those practices are not found in Europe, at least post-Christianity.

>dairy isn't european culture
>the race that has specifically adapted towards a gut that can break down milk in all forms doesn't drink milk
Nice anti-white rhetoric, kike.

Saturated fat.
>but we need saturated fat!
Yes, in moderation. The average western diet has too much saturated fat in it. Which is what the C score stands for. Almond milk doesn't really contain anything that is as easy to overconsume the point of negative health outcomes, which is why it has a higher score.

Thinking in terms of
>x has something we need, therefore it's healthy!
Is literally kindergarden tier thinking. Most foods shouldn't even be thought of in terms of healthy or unhealthy by themselves. Diets can be healthy or unhealthy, depending on whether they meet all the daily requirements without going over them. Some foods can make it easier or harder, but as long as they don't contain harmful doses of things we don't need period like trans fats, they can be a part of a healthy diet.
