Let's for simplicity assume that average IQ is 100. Can you derive from an IQ of 150 that the individual has the brain power of one and a half people? Or is this correlation a function as in the brain power is only akin to one and one fourth normal people for example? Or maybe even 2?

It is an artificial metric in that 100 was chosen as the mean and its standard distribution is about 12 or 15 (depending on the test). If you want to derive some sort of comparative brainpower metric, you'll either have to draw from something else or you'll end up with some very shaky line in the sand.

Someone with an IQ of 150 might perform a task more quickly than two people of 100 IQ.
